We're responsible for the arrangement of transport, selection of reliable motor carriers, and the intelligent management of your warehouse inventory.
Services include but aren't limited to: domestic freight transportation, cargo consolidation, and WAREHOUSES FOR FREIGHT TRANSPORTATION logistics.
2. Liability & Limitations
How do we handle the unexpected? While we utilize advanced transit analytics to minimize risk, liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to the terms established in the relevant Bill of Lading.
- Standard liability limits apply unless a higher value is declared.
- We don't accept responsibility for delays caused by Force Majeure events.
- Claims must be submitted in writing within 9 business days of delivery.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are generated upon dispatch. You'll find our pricing structures reflect the current market freight indices. Failure to remit payment within 30 days may result in a temporary suspension of logistics services.
